Come and play with colour for a weekend. Nothing has to be perfect.
Have you always wanted to try painting but never known where to begin? This welcoming retreat is designed for complete beginners, offering a relaxed introduction to art materials, painting techniques and creative confidence in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Many people are curious about painting but feel unsure where to begin. Between unfamiliar brushes, different paints, papers and techniques, taking the first step can often feel overwhelming.
Our Creative Confidence Retreat replaces pressure with curiosity. Throughout the weekend you'll have the opportunity to experiment with a range of art materials, discover how they behave and find out what you enjoy most.
There are no expectations, no previous experience required and absolutely no need to produce perfect artwork. This retreat is simply about exploring creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Rather than focusing on a single finished piece, this retreat is about discovering the creative process and becoming comfortable with the materials.
Everything has been thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on creativity, curiosity and enjoying the experience.
Most importantly, you'll leave with the confidence to continue exploring creativity long after the retreat has ended.
This retreat is hosted in a peaceful, characterful private home surrounded by quiet countryside. Here are some of the houses we will perhaps be using in the future. Guests enjoy cosy rooms, warm communal spaces, and beautiful views — a perfect backdrop for creativity.
All meals are prepared by our executive chef, offering warm, comforting dishes inspired by the season. Expect relaxed breakfasts, delicious lunches, beautiful evening meals and plenty of homemade treats throughout your stay.
