Our designer brings years of experience from Paris couture houses, with her knitwear and crochet pieces appearing on countless catwalks. If you’ve admired beautifully crafted knitted or crocheted garments in certain seasons, there’s a good chance you’ve already seen her work. Despite her couture background, her teaching style is calm, patient, and perfectly suited to beginners. She guides guests through simple, enjoyable craft projects using beautiful materials, helping everyone feel confident, relaxed, and genuinely proud of what they create.
Meet JaniceOur chef comes from exceptional stock! He has cooked at the Ritz, cooked for Royalty and for celebrities. His career spans both land and sea, from the swishest country houses to the most palatial of cruise ships, but a quieter life back in Yorkshire beckoned, so we persuaded him not to hang up his “Whites” and join us in this venture
